150 Caravelle Farms Road

For years buyers have asked me for a small property next to state or conservation land, well here it is. If you’re looking for peace and quiet for recreational or hunting purposes, look no further! This property is completely surrounded by the Caravelle Ranch Wildlife Management Area. Caravelle Ranch does quota hunts, which run a handful of weekends each year, so there’s minimal pressure on wildlife around this property. It has legal access off Highway 19 and a well-maintained road to enter the property. You’ll also find a road system throughout, a few open clearings, and a small pond. Included with the property is a Banks blind, ladder stand and a couple of feeders with wenches. Please feel free to call if you have any questions or want to schedule a showing.
