Rob Wurzel is a licensed Realtor, entrepreneur, and business builder who brings more than 27 years of sales and leadership experience to Anne-Marie Wurzel’s real estate team. Before entering real estate, Rob built The Wurzel Insurance Agency into one of Florida’s top-performing firms before successfully selling the agency. Rob also maintains his Florida insurance licenses, giving him a unique perspective on how home insurance can impact real estate transactions. While he no longer sells insurance, his background helps him anticipate potential insurance hurdles early, explain underwriting concerns in plain language, and help clients avoid surprises that can delay or derail a closing.

Today, Rob works alongside Anne-Marie helping buyers and sellers navigate the process with clarity, strong communication, and thoughtful strategy. His background in business ownership, negotiation, and client relationships allows him to guide clients through complex decisions with confidence.

Rob also leads the operational and technology side of the business, designing systems and AI-powered tools that keep transactions organized and ensure every client receives prompt, attentive service.

Outside of real estate, Rob is the creative force behind Second Born Art, where he produces expressive works inspired by faith, family, and perseverance.
