Mainframe is making its new Market Reports feature accessible for consumer use. This feature uses property sales data to provide market reports for zip codes, cities, and neighborhoods. Unlike other similar online tools, users can filter sales data by number of bedrooms, timeframes, and even compare trends between multiple markets on the same report.
