Melissa Vance is a very skilled and professional real estate agent. We were directed to her from 3 different people's recommendations. Melissa really gets to know her clients and what they are looking for in a house. She cares about specifics and has an eye for detail. We were purchasing a home in Florida while we are living in Maryland. She did a lot of leg work for us, going to visit houses that we would find, setting up Facetime walk-throughs so we could see the house through her phone, researching our questions with the seller regarding the house, and checking on us frequently to make sure we had what we needed.
