Maripaz started her real estate journey when she bought her first home with encouragement from her parents. Their Filipino traditions instilled the importance of homeownership and having a special gathering place for family meals and making memories. During her childhood, her father’s military service brought the family to Orlando, where she was raised in the Belle Isle/Conway area. She later became a proud graduate of Boone High School and UCF. With 20 years of experience in sales and corporate merchandising in the fashion industry, Maripaz learned the importance of customer experience. She has seamlessly transitioned this understanding into real estate by providing valuable information and making people feel comfortable through these significant home decisions.

With a passion for fitness, Maripaz balances her weakness for ice cream and cookies with indoor cycling and neighborhood runs. She relishes house projects and family time, especially while sharing a great meal. Maripaz is a dog lover and adores her Golden Retriever, Miles. She is passionate about helping animals, with a portion of her earnings from transactions going to local dog rescues.
