Alex moved to St. Petersburg in 2018 from New York City. A Midwest Native from Indiana who went to college in North Carolina and has lived in 6 states across the US. Prior to getting his Real Estate license in 2022, he worked for the Home Shopping Network as an On Air Planner, managing a $250M Beauty business. After working in corporate retail for 6 years he decided to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent.

In a little over 2 years Alex has been able to close over $27M in transaction volume. He was nominated by the Tampa Bay Times ‘Best of the Bay’ for ‘Best Real Estate Agent’ and ‘Best Real Estate Company’ in 2023, and he received the award of ‘Rising Star – Production’ in 2024 by the Greater Tampa Bay Realtors Organization. Alex’s customer-focused approach to Real Estate has played an integral role in his success in an ever-changing market. Relationships are the basis of a successful real estate career and Alex has strategically focused on building his reputation within the industry across the Tampa Bay.

Alex is a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and Certified Probate Specialist (CPS). He is also in the process of getting his Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. Outside of Real Estate he volunteers as the Assistant Head Diving Coach for St. Petersburg Club Diving. He is passionate about Coaching High School level athletes in the sport he loves most. He is also an active member of the Wyngate at Brighton Bay Homeowner’s Association where he serves as the Volunteer Head of the Landscaping Committee.

Alex and his partner Greg own a home in St. Petersburg as well as an investment property. With a shared love for design and renovations they have been meticulously updating their new home into the home of their dreams.
