As a longtime resident of Orlando, Nicole Rader is actively committed to the success and continued development of the Central Florida area. She earned her MBA degree from Rollins College Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business in 1997, and the same year became a licensed Florida realtor. Her expertise includes over 25 years of real estate sales, as well as a professional and educational background in sales & marketing. Nicole provides full service residential & commercial sale and acquisition services with the market knowledge and personal attention required to make each transaction a success.
Nicole has a passion for houses and loves to renovate and redesign homes. In 2011 her personal 1920’s residence on Lake Highland in downtown Orlando won a national remodel contest in This Old House magazine. The home has also been featured in many commercials and publications. Her prior downtown residence was featured in the Orlando Magazine article “10 Great Homes”. Nicole’s keen eye for design transcends well into her real estate business when staging homes for sale, and helping customers envision themselves in a new home.
Her areas of expertise include metro Orlando, Winter Park/Maitland and Windermere. She is experienced in all types of real estate from luxury homes to historic bungalows and investment properties. She also enjoys helping executives relocate to the area, and sharing her love of Central Florida. In her spare time, she loves to read, travel, paint and of course re-decorate her house!
