Windsong is a beautiful neighborhood in Winter Park nestled between the shores of Lake Virginia, Lake Berry and Lake Mizell.  Originally an estate with 200 acres and established in 1904 by Charles Hosmer Morse, a Chicago Industrialist, this neighborhood keeps with the majestic feel of the town of Winter Park.  Windsong got it’s name when Mr. Morse’s daughter placed wind chimes on tree branches along the the estate.  The summer lake breezes made songs on the wind chimes and thus the name Windsong came about.
