Among the many old Winter Park neighborhoods, another desirable neighborhood is Eastbrook. Bordered by Howel Branch Rd and Aloma Ave, Eastbrook is a working class community with affordable Winter Park real estate. Most of the homes in Eastbrook were built in the 50’s to the early 70’s, and the Orange/ Seminole County line runs through the neighborhood. The northern section, in Seminole County, has more of the newer and bigger homes built from the late 60’s to the early 70’s. Most of the homes are ranch style, with low ceilings and smaller rooms. These homes are also generally around 1300-1800 sq ft and more often than not, 2 car garages. The majority of the homes built in the southern end, in Orange County, are smaller and generally range around 1000 – 1500 sq ft with carports or 1 car garages. These homes were built in the 50’s to the early 60’s.
With local amenities such as Publix, YMCA, and Whole foods, just to name a few, right around the corner, Eastbrook is the place to live, work, play and buy Orlando real estate. Close to all major roads and just 15 mins from the Orlando International Airport.
