Mainframe Real Estate is headquartered in Downtown Orlando, which explains our affinity for this booming live-work-play corridor of “The City Beautiful.”

Many visitors associate Orlando with Disney and theme parks, but those who live or work in the Downtown Orlando area know a much different side to this city. The Downtown Orlando core has its own unique flair. New venues like the Amway Center and Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center showcase our big city and cultural growth. New residential high-rises and mid-rises are redefining the skyline again, providing urban homes, retail and commercial spaces and illustrating the rapid growth our city is experiencing. With the introduction of the high-speed Sunrail, this urban hub will surely continue to experience development and financial growth.

Downtown Orlando technically encompasses specific boundaries in downtown, approximately Westmoreland Dr on the west, Summerlin Ave on the east, Lake Ivanhoe on the north, and Gore St to the south.
