HOA/Condominium Association Estoppel Fees
HOA/Condominium Association Estoppel Fees are monies due to the Association before the purchase or transfer of title for a Condominium. There must first be a request made to the Association by the owner for an Estopple Letter. This letter will state all current or outstanding monies owed to the association by the current owner and any future assessments. The seller or owner usually pays all fees due until the date of closing or transfer. The buyer pays all monies due after the closing or transfer.
