Nicole has a passion for houses and loves to renovate and redesign homes.  In 2011 her personal 1920’s residence on Lake Highland in downtown Orlando won a national remodel contest in This Old House magazine.   The home has also been featured in many commercials and publications.  Her prior downtown residence was featured in the Orlando Magazine article “10 Great Homes”.  Nicole’s keen eye for design transcends well into her real estate business when staging homes for sale, and helping customers envision themselves in a new home.

Nicole has been awarded the Orlando Sentinel “Five Star Realtor” for 5 years, and also Orlando Magazine “Real Estate All-Stars” for 2016 and 2017.  Her areas of expertise include metro Orlando, Winter Park/Maitland and Windermere. She is experienced in all types of real estate from luxury homes to historic bungalows and investment properties.   She also enjoys helping executives relocate to the area, and sharing her love of Central Florida.  Her all-time favorite sale was brokering the acquisition of a new campus for the Paragon School, a private school for children with autism.  Nicole served on the first Mills 50 Main Street board and currently sits on a nonprofit Arts League Board and local lacrosse club board.  In her spare time, she loves to read, travel, paint and of course re-decorate her house!  Nicole looks forward to assisting you with your next real estate sale or purchase.
