Kase began listing and closing multi, million dollar transactions early in his career. Before he was 20 years old, Kase had listed a $1,395,000.00 – Lake Harris Estate and successfully closed a $1,115,000.00 – Alaqua Lakes property.  Kase understands the luxury home marketplace in a way that few others comprehend.

Kase began his career as a Transaction Coordinator to the largest RE/MAX offices in Orlando, FL overseeing the businesses of over 95 of the firm’s top producing agents. Later, as Office Manager of RE/MAX Gold Partners in Apopka, FL he assisted in the development of “The Gold Partners Team” which ultimately would become Orlando’s most successful Short Sale sales team; liquidating over $23,000,000 in distressed properties, while saving hundreds of homeowners from foreclosure. Additionally, Kase has played an integral role in the development of several other brokerage-related businesses such as Greathouse Signs (a Realtor visual marketing company), and The Title Partners (a Maitland, FL based Title Services Company).

In his spare time Kase enjoys spending time with his family and is often traveling. A car fanatic, Kase attends car shows across the country, and he hopes to attend the Mercedes-Benz AMG Driving School in Germany, in the future. Deeply committed to the community, Kase supports the Sunshine Kids Foundation, a foundation dedicated to adding to quality of life for children with cancer. Additionally, Kase also donates a portion of each home sale to support the Children’s Miracle Network.
