In 2012, Mainframe Real Estate opened the doors to its first office in Downtown Orlando. At the time, founder Sean Frank had a vision for blending technology with real estate while focusing on an overall quality experience for agents and customers. Since that time, the company has gained incredible momentum and has quickly become one of the preeminent brokerages in the Central Florida region.
In December 2019, Mainframe opened its first branch location in St. Petersburg Florida. In 2020 the company is forecasted to close approximately $300 million in sales volume, making it one of the region’s largest independent brokerages.
Last year, Mainframe revealed its software to the public after 6 years of development. The Automated Back End software, affectionately called ABE, is a comprehensive and robust transaction management software that is deeply integrated with company systems and agent activities. New features include:
Click Marketing: Agents now can create marketing materials easier than any third party software allows. By merging MLS data and high-resolution photos uploaded directly by photographers, agents now have instant marketing materials at a “click.” With dozens of templates, sizes, and other options, agents don’t have to upload photos, type addresses, type property details, or rearrange any design elements. In an unprecedented set of tools, agents can create hundreds of marketing materials with only the click of their mouse.
MLS and Tax Record Data: An integration of MLS and property tax records into ABE allows for new features and tools never seen in the industry before. Most notably, ABE will now detect discrepancies in data between tax records and MLS records, alerting agents if data like bedrooms, baths, square footage, and year built have inconsistencies. The integration of MLS data also allows for automatically updated comparables on transactions, reports for cooperating agents and offices, as well as a host of other new features.
Mainframe Real Estate is now licensed in the state of Georgia with its first agent working in the greater Atlanta area. This is the first state outside of Florida that Mainframe Real Estate will have a presence.
