ABE Updates

Mainframe is constantly developing and improving its exclusively owned Automated Back End software, affectionately called ABE. This comprehensive and robust real estate software is deeply integrated with company systems and agent needs. Mainframe claims it is one of the best platforms in the industry by offering one login for all the tools that busy agents need to be more productive, organized, and streamlined. The following updates are already released or being released soon: 

CLICK MARKETING UPGRADES

Mainframe claims that Click Marketing, a marketing tool within ABE, is quicker and easier to use than any other marketing option for agents. Agents no longer spend time creating templates or mastering graphic design skills. Click Marketing offers hundreds of templates that automatically complete with just one click by populating agent contact information, property images, and property details from MLS or tax records. New upgrades to Click Marketing include: 

An improved search gallery with new filters for discovering templates that best fit the agent’s marketing needs.

A new media library with a cache of stock photos agents can use, a personal image library for agents to upload their own photos, and access to all their transaction photos from the library.

Multiple canvas designs for creating galleries and social stories for social media, custom listing presentations, and more.

Allowing custom theme colors is a bold move by a company with a sophisticated brand. Many templates now have custom color themes that the agents can change, allowing the individualized branding that agents and teams desire. 

REDESIGNED HOME SCREEN + SALES PIPELINE

With the immense transaction data available in ABE, agents get a comprehensive overview of all of their transactions on the home screen. This sales pipeline includes total commission to the agent, a document compliance indicator, and quick access to every transaction. The new home screen also displays all documents awaiting signatures in the company’s custom-built e-signing platform and an improved task management tool. 

NEW ACTIVITY CENTER

The new Activity Center allows agents to quickly manage customer relations, create and manage tasks, and view all notes and emails generated within ABE. Later this year, agents will view and manage their customer property searches through the Activity Center. 

ADVANCED CONTINGENCY TRACKING

ABE has been automatically calculating and reminding agents of transaction contingency deadlines for years. However, the new contingency tracker will be more advanced, calculating timeframes based on the specific contract being used and accounting for weekends and holidays. 

CONSUMER ACCOUNTS

For the first time in Mainframe’s history, new consumer and professional accounts will begin beta testing soon. These ground-breaking accounts will be integrated with ABE to provide agents, customers, and professionals a sleek and intuitive experience for participating in a transaction at Mainframe. 

Consumer Accounts

 These accounts will be a meeting place for agents, customers, and industry professionals such as lenders and title companies – ultimately creating a better user experience for everyone involved in a transaction.

Customers Accounts will allow features for customers to:

View transactions and pertinent information, including contacts involved in the transaction, contract timelines, and more. 

Sign documents through ABE’s custom e-sign platform and access document libraries for their transaction.

Perform property searches, save searches, and more. Agents will access insights on consumer searches within ABE. 

Access market reports for consumer searches, educating consumers on market conditions for their specific search criteria. These market reports will also serve as comparable analysis for the agents.

Mainframe is solving the need of agents to streamline and simplify the way they manage their online presence. With the creation of these consumer accounts, the Mainframe Real Estate website will transform into an agent-branded website for every agent at the company. This will allow agents to have the feature-rich capabilities of the company site but it will appear as their own site for customers and industry professionals.

2022 Ad Campaign

The fifth annual ad campaign for Mainframe Real Estate takes a new approach to the companys’ impactful advertising campaigns. “Home is Where the Pets Are” is an intimate look inside the agents’ lives and introduces the pets they call family.

In conjunction with this campaign, Mainframe is making a donation for every sale in 2022 and raising funds to support local pet adoption shelters. We will also be promoting adoptable pets in hopes of them finding loving homes.
