I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, majoring in architecture and business. During my senior year at school in 1993, I came to Orlando to participate in the Walt Disney World College Program. At Disney, I worked as an entertainer at The Great Movie Ride at Disney MGM Studios and a Guest Relations VIP Tour Guide at EPCOT. Following Disney, I had already fallen in love with Orlando and transferred to The University of Central Florida where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with honors, in 1997. After graduation, I tried on many different career hats including being a crisis counselor and a suicide hotline worker, flight attendant, worked on the opening crew of celebrity chef Emeril’s new restaurant, and was a series 7 stock broker for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. In 2003, I decided to pair my love of both real estate and working with people and received my real estate agent’s license and quickly realized I had found the career that I love! I apply the knowledge from my education and earlier experiences and I pride myself on having a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, great market knowledge, and strong negotiating and problem solving skills. I have worked in many facets of residential real estate including residential sales, property management, leasing, investment properties, relocations, receivership properties, bank owned properties, and short sales. I have been a top producer from 2006 thru 2016 and have sold over $18 Million in residential property and have leased and managed over 300 properties in my career. My passion for architecture, construction, people, problem solving, and negotiating make real estate a dream job for me! I especially enjoy working with first time buyers and helping them make the dream of home ownership a reality!
