Heather Chesley

I am a Native to Florida, having lived the past 20 years in Central Florida. I started in Real Estate in the year 2000. I became a senior onsite sales associate for a National New Home Builder in the Metro Orlando area. In that time I was a part of over $1.1 billion in sales volume, received Million Dollar Circle Awards year over year and won MAME Salesperson of the Year in 2007. This experience and professional training laid the foundation for the next phase of my Real Estate career.

I decided to make the move into traditional Real Estate in 2009. I had always wanted to help people with their Real Estate needs on a broader scale. Like other professions, Real Estate is based on relationships and relationship building. To date, the core of my business is referral based. With the trust, loyalty and support of my past customers, I continue to be recognized as one of the top 20% of realtors within the National Association of Realtors.

Beyond that, for the majority of my adult life, Real Estate has been a passion of mine. In my early 20’s my husband and I purchased our first home and did a small remodel. From there we started investing and remodeling smaller condos. Our first major project came in 2001 in which we did a complete whole house remodel on our personal home. Since then we’ve continued to build a modest real estate portfolio, find distressed properties that we can bring back to life and offer to the public, and now we’re onto our second personal remodel which is very exciting for us. I mention this because I have personal experience with buying, selling, and investing in real estate and having this personal experience allows me to stay current with the market, my buyers, sellers and investors needs.

As for my philosophy in business, it is no different than in my personal life; treat others how you would expect to be treated. I understand that Real Estate is often the largest financial and emotional investment that people make in their lifetime. My goal is to always keep that in the forefront, and to truly listen to my customers needs and work towards the best solution together. The end goal is to create an enjoyable and seamless experience for my customers in which I will become their Realtor and confidant for life.
